ChildrenWe pride ourselves on being child-friendly. We offer baby-changing facilities, children’s activity packs: 'Family Explorer Travel Bags' and The House Detectives, a children’s activity and story area, as well as a small play area for the under-fives.
The Café at the Russell-Cotes offers children’s meal choices.
Summer holidays
We run special events and activities for children during most school holidays. These can include face-painting, theatre, puppet shows, and arts and crafts.
Summer 2008 sees the launch of our new 'Family Explorer Travel Bags' which you can hire out from the Museum's front desk and use to experience the Museum and its collections in a new and interative way. In addition we have Punch & Judy theatre in the garden and arts and crafts sessions.
